Project Runway
Monday, July 21, 2008

Depending on the crazy challenge the judges come up with, the clothes can be beautiful, droll, fanciful, or just plain weird. Whatever the outcome, there is never a dull moment during the design and construction process. Between the catfights and the dress drama, Project Runway has always been one of my favorite reality shows. And after the finish of the fourth season, I have been looking forward to the premiere of fifth. Did you tune in to the start of the new season? What were your impressions? Right off the bat can you predict a winner? "Make it work"...let’s hear from you!  And to check out Project Runway watch on Bravo every Wednesday at 9/8c.

Envirosax

Loving both the environment and fashion can be tricky. Sometimes being involved in one can completely compromise the other. Well, luckily for you the folks at Envirosax felt the same way.  If you’ve ever shopped at Whole Foods, you probably have seen how they now sell reusable bags. Well now you can have a reusable bag at any store – and it’s about ten times cuter too! Envirosax has mixed functionality and fun and sells reasonably priced, brightly colored, and well made bags. The fabric is durable and can hold all the items you need. And forget just the grocery store…why not take it on your next shopping spree? One of these bags holds the same amount as two or three plastic grocery store bags. And with a variety of colors to chose from, it’s the most fashionable and fun way to not have to bend over backwards to help Mother Earth.

So we probably all agree that helping our environment is great. But what’s your easiest environmental solution?
