What a fabulous kit! One would hope that a bride wouldn't need ALL those items on her big day, but to have such a wide selection of just-in-case items would really put them at ease! I personally try to never leave the house without a nail file (in case of breaks), lip gloss, and some powder. I almost never really use them, but when I do I'm super glad I brought them along.

Wow, that's a REALLY long list of survival gear! There's no way I could cart that much around on a daily basis, but I think it's a great way to CYA on the most important day of your life (well, one of them anyways.) On a day-to-day basis, my survival kit includes lip gloss- sooo important!, tampons, Advil, a few safety pins, a ponytail holder, and extra batteries for my hearing aid. But I'm sure there's tons of other things tucked into my work bag that I don't consider essential but would miss if I didn't have them.

I love this idea!! I've heard several similar ideas and actually created my own maid of honor and brides maids version for my own wedding! I even made them all Rhinestone studded tank tops or T-shirts in styles they would like that stated their role in my wedding to wear the day before.. along with nail care stuff, travel toiletries, compact mirror, body wash items all in a beach bag ( I got married in the summer in So. Lake Tahoe) for them to keep when we headed to the beach! This box is especially cute too and convenient!

I never leave home without my travel bathroom accessories - travel toilet seat covers, travel toilet paper, and a mini air freshener (which is good for long line waits...some people get sweaty, so you just spritz the area behind them, makes it pleasant for all). You'd be amazed at how often they come in handy and are needed!

Especially now that it is summer, I try to never leave the house without some Blistex Lip Infusion Soothing Splash, a medicated lip protectant and sunscreen with SPF 15. For days at the beach or whenever I'm going to be out in the sun I also keep Banana Boat's Aloe Vera with Vitamin E Suncreen Lip Balm (SPF 30) with me. I've gotta keep these lips protected! I also tend to keep a Tide To Go stick with me. I've only had to use one a few times but I was so glad that I had the Tide Stick with me when I needed it. My sister-in-law has appreciated me having one too.

I love lip glosses. They're so easy because they fit everywhere and the slightest tint will brighten up any outfit and make you look like you've just applied make-up and been ready for this exact event (even if you just walked in the door to a message telling you the time changed to uh...right now). Other great kits to give for gifts, such as bridal events, are nail sets. Summer calls for perfect toenails and all the wedding get-togethers must have well done fingernails! Some of the kits come with very unique colors and great shaping tools that make the nail manicuring process faster and more glamorous!

I carry around a purse the size of a large gym duffle bag, just so I know I am prepared for ANYTHING! (and anyone ie my fiancee) I never leave home woth out the right materials to get ready for work, class, nighttime parties, going out to dinner....this includes hairspray, brushes, a full line of make-up (thanks ELF) brushes, extra shirt, underwear....just everything it seems. I also carry things for my fiancee, a shirt, a small set of mechanics tools. It's crazy. I love miniatures, I love travel size. i don't think I'd be able to carry as much as I do with full size products. Everyone makes fun of me for carrying such a big purse, but when ever someone needs something while we're out, I am always the one to come to the rescue. =]

Hairspray!! It's got to be one of the most versatile products out there (works well for stopping runs in nylons, taking marker off of hands/clothes, and the obvious as its original purpose-to hold your hair in place, to name a few!) and its available in travel size. I keep some in my car and travel kits!

I never leave home without my orange flavored organic chapstick. It keeps lips from getting to dry and is really refreshing. An added touch is that it smells like an orange popsicle.

I always carry this "emergency kit" in my purse. I actually started this for my boyfriend, he's slightly accident prone :P The kit has some bandages, disinfective, painkillers and then theres some stuff for me like hair clips, pins, lip gloss. I makes me feel good to carry it because I feel prepare for myself and I feel good that I can take care of my cluts-y boyfriend :)

this item is also great to leave in the car in the glove compartment or under the seat. It's great for the lst minute emergency issues that come up ( antacid, pain reliever, tampon etc) but also for when I pulled out the hem in my pants before an interview, and when my nail broke before a date. A major life saver!

Thank you for making good quality makeup for a very reasonable price. I heard about your products from a mom social network that I belong to. I ordered some eye liner, lip gloss and some eye shadow. They feel fantastic on my face. I used to by the dollar store make up and the quality is very poor. I have told a lot of people and especially mom's who are trying to save money, that E.L.F. is the place to go to get quality make up for a price we all can afford.

Yes I don't leave home with bobby pins that I hide in my purse, band-aids and Neosporin! I tend to pick at my cuticles when I'm bored or distracted, and sometimes end up giving myself painful cuts (I know!) and the band-aids and neosporin save me! I also carry chapstick and facial moisturizer. My skin is very dry and it helps to not have to wait til I get home to quench my skin's thirst.

You asked what I can't live without? Whenever I travel (my husband now carries the same) I take a small baggy with flushable wet wipes. Sometimes I need them to clean my hands or for more "personal" use. I also carry pain releiver, antacid, which I saw on your list. Include something for diarhea and constipation 2 of the most common problems during travel. I also have a tide stick, a sewing kit and a little book of phone numbers. Try to remember them if you loose your phone! Yikes!

When I go on vacation, I always need to bring my own hair products, because I have curly, thick hair and know what works best for it. But the most important item that I always make sure to have is TAMPONS and Panty liners!!! It always seems to creep up on me, a day early or late!
