The Twins are here! And for the first time we get to see them! As much as we probably hate to admit it, we all secretly adore the wonderfully fabulous Jolie-Pitt family and their humanitarian/celebrity status. After 3 attempts to hunt down the nearly sold out People magazine I finally grabbed the19 page photo spread dedicated to the twins and family. People reportedly spent $14 million on the pics which I’m sure will be used for one of the many Jolie-Pitt charities. Are the 3 week old twins Vivienne and Knox adorable…of course, with those parents how could they not be!
What do you think, would you sell your baby pictures?

Personally I would not sell photos of my kids. But in a way I don't fault them for selling them. Their photos will be taken eventually and the money will be going to a charity. Even with the pics going to the highest bitter you know the money from it will go to do a lot of good for people.

While Angelina and Brad do have a great thing going (i.e. donations to charity and "greener" outlook on high society) $19 million is still a rediculous sum for People to be spending for photographs. I think if they were my children, I would want to hold out longer so the twins could have at least a few weeks of their lives without being in the spotlight.

I think the twins are adorable. Although I wouldn't sell my baby pics, I don't blame them for doing it. I think if they didn't the nutsos would be out stalking their home for the pics. So it's probably safer if they can control the environment. Hopefully now that the world has seen them, they will give them all some peace... for a short while at least.

Baby pictures are not meant to be sold, they are something to be cherished. but, if they are using that money for charity, I say go for it. Eventually pictures of the babies would have gotten out and who knows what the people who took the first picture would use the money on?

If I were in the same position as Brad & Angelina (stardom & money) I would sell the pictures of my newborns to the highest bidder as well, but only because the Jolie-Pitt family is donating the $14 million they receive to charity. The paparazzi are going to ambush them to get pictures anyway, so why not choose who you would like to take your family photos? I’m sure the paparazzi are still going to try to get pictures but at least now the money hungry photographers cannot get rich off of selling pictures they took without permission.

I would not sell my baby pictures but I would share them with friends and family. When you become a celebrity part of what you lose/sacrifice is privacy. People want to know about your life. They want to know details because they think of you as a "friend". I think that selling the pics and donating the funds the charities is a commendable trait. I wish more celebrities took that approach.

I have not seen the pictures myself but on usual circumstances i would say no. stars children for the most part would have a hard life. but with something this big in the press, there WILL be paparazzi still, and disrupting their daily lives. i think that if it is for a good cause no harm, getting money for something that is inevitable.

I think it obsurd that they are worth the money they are. People are way too obsessed with celebritys. But I have kive the couple Kudo's as the entire proceeds of the sale is set to go to charity. As much as everyone wants to hate on them. They are a great example of people who are fortunate really helping those who are not out. Just giving what you can is one of the best mood enhancers and self esteem boosters out there.

I wouldn't sale my baby's pictures. I'm with Halle Berry on this one. If I was a star I made the choice to be famous, my child didn't. I would try to protect my child from the media until they are ready to make that choice for themselves. I do commend Brangelina on giving that money to charity. They keep having kids & adoting kids but aren't married so in the eyes of the church they are sinners. I think that--when you have a perspective that life isn't about you but about what you can do to make a difference on this planet--EVERYTHING takes on a different value and meaning. It's obvious they adore their children and would never do anything to compromise their well-being, so to be able to sell a few photos in order to profoundly and positively impact the lives of thousands would probably seem to be a "no-brainer" to them. With all of the hype about the babies, it was better for them to sell the pictures and get them out there than to have all kinds of people doing all kinds of crazy things to get a picture of those kids. We know what lengths some will go to. They especially did the right thing since the money was used, not for their own personal expenses, but to fund charity work. I cannot be mad at that.

Brad and Agelina's children are beautiful, but they could never rival ours. Of course ours are all grown up now and have children of their own. I think it's great that they donated the money. And I also read that they made another demand of People magazine: That they can never be called "Brangelina" again in their magazine. Done deal! Jennifer Lopez did the same thing when she sold her baby pics--they promised not to call her "J-Lo" again!

I don't know. I probably wouldn't because I wouldn't want my children to think that they were worth that price. But on the other hand Angelina Jolie did donate the money to charity (she did the same with the pictures of Shiloh) so at least the money goes to a good cause.

I can't help it, I think these 2 are adorable! You have to admire the way they spend their time and money. They could be off doing whatever they chose, and yet you constantly see them doing one humanitarian project after another! I hardly had time to do anything extra with 3 kids! If I was in their shoes, I would definitely sell the pics. Why not? First of all, the press is going to hound them nonstop until pics can be taken. Second of all, the money is going to charity. Well of course. Look at all the publicity it get them(as if they need it). One thing though, Last night I saw Midnight Cowboy with Angelina father in it. I was struck by how much Shilo looks like him. Almost a perfect take. And they don't even speak,or so she says. Look at the right side of the mag cover and then go rent the movie. It is a great movie but my heart was moved as I realized how much the little girl look like her grandad. Keep Smiling!!
