I admit that I have read the books. They are an addiction! When I went to go pick up the third book, I can remember clearly swiping my American Express card and feeling as if I had just bought my next fix! I would read until all hours of the night and thank God I finished them before my internship started or else I wouldn't have been able to function at work. And while the first three were great and addicting, the fourth book...well if you've read it you know... On another note, I do wonder however how Lautner will be able to reprise his role. I haven't seen the movie yet but I'm going on appearance only and what was written in New Moon. But then again, Hollywood can make you look like anything and I'm sure he'll do great. If you haven't read the books yet, I would recommend them, but only if you have hours to spare because once you start you can't stop.

I haven't read the book, but I saw the movie over the holidays and I must say I wanted to cry during some scenes. It's definitely a girly movie. Go see it!

i LOVED the first book but was less wowed by the others. I still don't know how they will make the second movie any good without much Edward airtime. But I'm thrilled they are bringing Jaccob back, he is gorgeous.

Ohh Jacob was really cute in the movie! I'm actually not a big fan of the book, I think it's a little overdone. But I thought the movie was really well-casted. Especially Edward.... dreamy!!

The book is great!!! The movie is a disappointment. Do not expect the thrill you get from the book because the movie does nothing to showcase it. The most recent book has leaked online! They released half of it online, but you have to buy it to finish the other half.

I am reading this book right now as well. My husband told me last night that he was jealous of the book. It seems as though I have a problem being able to tear myself away from the book in the evenings once I have started reading where I left off from the night before. I think my husband's exact words were: "I speak to you and you don't even realize I am talking when your reading that book" LOL!!! I can't wait to get to view the movie. I wait with anticipation.

I have not read any of the Twilight books myself for the simple fact that the plot of the story is a cliche. As an aspiring writer myself, when I was in high school I wrote a short story much like this vampire romance. If the plot of a book is so well known and overused, I really don't see any reason why I have to go to the trouble of reading it myself. I'll take Harry Potter any day over Twilight, thank you very much!

Oh I am so happy!!! I think he's absolutely gorgeous. I have seen twilight and the movie is phenomenal. It's so passionate. The acting is mind boggling (because it's so good). I am really exicited and hope that all the actors will continue acting in some big movies because they can truly do their jobs!

I have loved these books for a few years now, but I have to say that, although he is adorable, I am disappointed with Taylor's acting, especially in anticipation of a much larger role in the forthcoming New Moon movie. Hopefully, he'll improve and not ruin one of my favorite characters.

I love Twilight! I read all four books last summer. Very entertaining read. I was sadly somewhat disappointed by the first movie (Edward seemed whiny and I pictured him to be more charming and smooth) so hopefully the next one will be better!

Twilight was one of the most idiotic books I've ever read. I read through the whole thing just because it was so amusing how pathetic the writing was. Could she have possibly written a sentence about Edward without including a ridiculously over-the-top adjective describing his beauty and perfection? The plot was severely underdeveloped.

I must say that Twilight is definitely my guilty pleasure and had to go see the movie at midnight with my friends, although I won't be making that mistake again due to all of the young preteens screaming every 5 minutes. I can't say I am horribly pleased that he is returning for New Moon even though I am a strong believer in keeping the same cast throughout a movie series. He failed to impress me as Jacob and him being more of a main character in the next movie might be a bit...interesting.

I'm in the middle of Eclipse and had to stop reading to re-read Twilight because I was so upset with the movie. lol Sorry! I get so worked up!!!! lol

Did I mention that the acting was terrible? There was no passion between Bella and Edward. Like they both thought the other had cooties. I mean so TERRIBLE that my friend and I broke out into pure hysterics for a good 10 minutes. I will give credit where credit is due though; The baseball scene was on point. That's it. There was too much Jacob for the first movie. The used the plot of New Moon in the first movie. Some really important scenes in the book were completely taken out of the movie. Things were added in, which completely ruin the whole Edward/Bella relationship that is written on paper. See what happens when I get started!!!!!! Now I have to go read this again because I need my Edward Fix.

Twilight will capture your attention from the very first pages, right until the end of the book. However, the movie was lacking a lot of the emotional ties that the book presents. In fact without reading Twilight first I don't even know if someone would have truly understood the concept of the film. The rest of the books are great, and hopefully with a new director for New Moon the movie franchise may redeem itself.

Well, I have seen the movie twice and I have read all of the books and I am completely addicted. I literally could not stop reading the books and once I finished them I was extremely sad. So, I recommend reading them. It is a romantic love story with a gripping twist that will leave you breathless after every chapter. No joke!!

I rented the Twilight movie this weekend and WOW it was as good as the reviews it received. I liked it so much I watched it four times before I had to return it the next day (I never watch a rented movie more than twice). I was telling a friend about the movie when she announced to me that the books were even better.... It's hard to believe the books are better when I found the movie so good.... I can't wait to go to the bookstore to buy them. It seems your comments are the same as my friend about the book. I'm finding myself impatient for Monday morning to arrive. I'll probably beat the employees to the door to get it.....
