Ok, you guys have heard it before, I love a little caffeine fix! I was out the other night at an event and in our swag bag (gotta love those) there was this drink from Pom called Iced Coffee X. There are several flavors to choose from Chocolate, Caramel, Cafe au Lait and Chai Tea. It was surprisingly yummy and fat free!! It has 100% natural blend of polyphenol antioxidants which are loaded with a ton of healthy benefits for you too. I happen to even come across this banned commercial (I think you will find out why)…not really sure how the sheep play into the coffee, but aye it tastes good and it’s good for you, I’m sold!

I love Pom, so I'll probably grab one of these if I see them. As for how I stay energized now? Any small Starbucks drink... with four shots of espresso. Does wonders. ;)

As much as vitamin b and taurine help with alertness, concentration and the ability to stay awake, they're the type of ingredients that can be found in Monster products which are extremely unhealthy. A more natural fix is ginsing which helps the body feel refreshed while also waking it up. It can be made into a tea by grinding it and steeping in hot water or simply buying pre-made ginsing tea which would most likely taste less bitter but also does the trick. Be aware, however, it is a blood thinner so be wary of the amount you drink a day since it can cause nose bleeds.

I'm all over this as soon as I can find it!! I drink regular POM as pomegranate juice has some awesome health benefits. I grew up eating the fruit constantly as a child and see those results now. I just dont have the time to get messy like I used to so the juice is great!
