Black leggings are comfortable indeed. They've been worn with high boots and a long shirt or sweater and a cool bag. Adding to the long shirt and leggings, adding a long blazer is cool as well. I like the look of leggings with high boots or in the summer with sandals and a long, cotton or linen shirt.
