Sunday, August 16, 2009 ![]() In my 20's and 30's I had the same dark hair as Kim Kardashian. Now she has the same color hair as me- phony blond. Ok so mine's layered over some gray - so what?
Point is, I know what it’s like to go from brunette to blond and I need to tell Kim a few things.
Kim honey, In the first few weeks when you pass a mirror you will 'jump' thinking some strange broad broke into your house. This will pass. The men who lusted after you as a brunette are in mourning now, however a new pool of guys who love blonds will begin hitting on you. This will amuse you. You're gonna have to watch it with the sunroof in your car doll, as it's possible to change a entire shade of blond between the driveway and the deli. A convertible ride can take you up two shades.
Your famous backside is at risk of flattening out! Keeping those highlights fresh with all that hair requires long hours planted in a chair. Maybe you can stand? Oh yeah and it's gonna cost you a fortune. If that's ever a problem I'll hook you up with my professional hairstylist daughter Alexis and get you the family discount.
Finally, all your old makeup is going to look like a Halloween party on your face, so maybe you can offset the cost of your new blond hair by buying all new softer makeup here on E.L.F. In fact, the girlfriends here reading this who have gone from brunette to blond should probably give Kim some new blond make-up tips here. The girlfriends reading this whose phony blond is now over gray should come join me over at StillABabe.com.
