Haha. Stupid me had to look up what decollate was. Collarbone. Duh. Anyway. This sounds like such a great idea. Will definitely have to try. Being fair skinned and easily burnt, this should definitely help with the splotchiness I get as my burn turns to tan. Thanks for the advice.

Freckles for some people are natural (especially if you are fair skinned), it isn't a bad thing to have them - they make you look younger, why cover them up? :]
