I have been using E.L.F. products for 4 years and they rock. I am especially thrilled with the studio line, I use all of it including the powder, lip plumper, eye primer, etc... The mineral lipsticks are so moisturizing and lush. I bought 7 colors and love love love the ripe rose for every day. I go nowhere without my ruby kiss plumper/gloss duo. I give them out to everyone and order 4 or 5 at a time. I also love the shielding hydro tint. A great size to throw in my bag. E.L.F. is constantly giving us deals and adding new products. E.L.F. Cosmetics are the best! I was introduced to them by my aunt when she sent me the little travel kit. I immediately fell in love with the pencil eyeliner. Didn't smudge, flake, or wear off. The eye shadows are excellent and comparable to some over-priced ones I have bought for years. I won't say their name, but "(blank) and cheese" will give you the answer if you fill in that "blank" spot! And now the Shimmering Facial Whip really IS an amazing buy for the price. And you don't get a caked on look. Some "whip" or cream colored makeup can go on too dark, or not blend well. Not E.L.F.'s! I haven't had a single complaint about it, and I get a very nice, natural look. Thank you E.L.F. for making such wonderful quality products at an extremely affordable price.

I absolutely love my new Shimmering Facial Whip that I recently purchased. I bought the Lilac Petal and have used it mostly for a eye shadow. I had no idea that this product would last so long and would blend so well with other eye products. I can't wait to try it as a cheek color as well. I think there is no way to beat the prices of e.l.f. products and this product, in particular, derserves the awards that it has earned. Thanks for the great prices and products!

I just tried the Shimmering Facial Whip for the first time. I was in a huge hurry yesterday and when I changed purses I left most of my make-up behind. I had the Shimmering Facial Whip with me and I put some on my cheeks, lips and a little on my brow bones. It looked great and I felt confident.

I have yet to try this product but since it's a two time winner, I don't think I can go wrong. I'm usually reluctant to use shimmery makeup due to my age (it seems to settle into my wrinkles) but I am going to give this one a try & update you once I do.

I purchased three of these facial whips recently and I have to say, you really REALLY get a lot of product for just $1 each! They feel great on the skin (very cooling) and are true to color. Plus, a teeny tiny bit goes such a long way so you don't even need to use a whole lot of product. Lasting, build-able color for a great value!

I was so glad to hear of the allure beauty award fo the shimmering facial whip. My daughter gave me some to try and I absolutely love this product from ELF! Congrats. I really like the Shimmering Facial Whip too. I use it all the time for a highlighter on my cheekbones whenever I'm wearing more natural makeup. I also apply it to the center of my eyelids sometimes for a nice, dewy look. Haven't used it as a lip color, don't think I'd want to. Smells great, though.

This product is more of an eyeshadow and lip gloss. It's a shimmer/gloss product. It wouldn't break out your lips or eyebrows, but could very easily do so on your cheeks. But even if it is just used on the eyes and lips - still a GREAT deal. Shoot, even if it were just used on one area. Every product is wonderful and priced SO cheaply that they are all GREAT deals!!!

I love allure and elf. I love everything about elf. Espically how the stuff is so affordable and you get the results as if you paid alot for it. I use Shimmering Facial Whip everyday. I tell all my friends about elf. I intend to use elf cosemetics for the rest of my life

I haven't tried this product, but am not surprised that one of ELF's products got selected. ALmost everything I have tried from the company has been a very high quality product at a very very low $1 price tag.

ELF shimmering facial whip is freaken awesome. I love it I've tried other cheek products and none of them works like elf, it's got shimmering shimmer color to it, LOVE IT and it's only one dollar, thank you for the awesome products and prices. Love ya.
