I think the most effective photo pose is anything that accentuates a model's eyes. Sometimes photographers will have their hands framing their face or using the technique of 'smiling with your eyes'. I think intense eyes sell a product.

I can't believe all the things that photographers have to do during fashion week. The amount of shots that they have to take is unreal! I loved the shot of that purple dress die for!

I love that Frazer Harrison reiterated the age old fact that is overlooked these days. Dont over do it! He is 100% correct in this thought. So many young women try to go all out and then just end up on the worst dressed list. Go Frazer go!

Love the hand-on-the-hip, three-quarters-turned pose. Makes your arms and silhouette nice and slim.

My favourite photo pose was the girl walking down the runway in a white and black zigzag print knee length dress with black booties and a white coat on top of her shoulders.

I believe that any pose that shows off your strengths will be the best. For me straight on shows the curves in my body and the strength in my face. This was a awesome interview. I like the fact that it shows behind the scenes of Bryant Park.

I'm a sucker for the hand on the hips pose;another favorite is the "Nurse kissing Soldier" (One leg bent head tipped back/to the side).

My favorite is portrait pose because you are the star of the photograph. It draws attention to your face, and accentuates you beautiful features. Most of all its fun as you can showoff your trendy fashion accessories such as jewelry, scarves, hats etc. Also as Frazer Harrison had put it that with good location, background, lighting, composition, and effective poses anyone can come out looking like a star !!!

60,000 photos in a week!!! that is just crazy. But my favorite pose would have to be architectural poses. Where the body is just in some crazy position but it looks natural in the picture and the model has a strong distinct face conveying a strong emotion. That is just beautiful to me.

His tips were extremely helpful. Be persistent, have confidence and enjoy what you do. Life puts us where we need to be at the time. Never be afraid to put yourself out there and ask for what you truly want - all they can say is no. As far as fashion it was nice to hear him say that a fashionable outfit can be put together from the lower price stores just as easily as the higher priced stores if you are following what is current in fashion at the time. A very encouraging interview on how to get ahead, get the job that you dream of and the rewards of being persistant and confident in your craft.

I too like the slight turn with shoulders back and hands on hips. I'm a little curvy, so the turn with the one thigh in front of the other minimizes my lower half!
