In a bowl mix 1 tbsp of baking soda with 1 cup oatmeal and 1-8oz cup of plain yogurt (preferably Greek yogurt, because it’s thicker). Mix together, mask up and wait for the mask to tingle (approximately 15 minutes). Wash off. The oatmeal gently exfoliates and it’s also an anti-inflammatory agent. The yogurt has lactic acid to help rid your skin of those blemishes while the baking soda helps kill bacteria. Lightly moisturize, then spot treat the existing blemishes with a sulfur treatment between 4-10%.
