Another thing Target recently started carrying is e.l.f. cosmetics! This value brand is at the same low price points as online without having to pay shipping! I am all about getting quality products at super low prices!Do you ever find yourself in a pinch for a quick gift for the dance teacher, piano teacher, mailwoman, grab bag, and so on? Why not give them e.l.f. from Target!
