Cream Eyeliner

Monday, February 01, 2010

Yay I’m so excited to hear the feedback on one of our latest new products, the Studio Cream Eyeliner! This is one of my favorite new items because it creates a defined smooth line that is smudge-proof, budge-proof and water-resistant so you can go through the day no matter what, come rain, tears or sweat! Here’s what others are saying about this new item!
“I had never used a cream liner, so when I saw this I bought it in every color. OMG I love this stuff. It's so creamy and easy to apply, and if you let it set for a minute or two its smudge proof.” -Alexis
“I absolutely love this stuff. I've only had it for a few days but I honestly don't know how I lived without it. The pigmentation is awesome, and I really mean that. It stays on and never rubs off. I've even rubbed my eyes, so trust me it stays put. For the price, there’s nothing that I can think of that would compare. GREAT BUY.” -Laura
“I wasn't expecting this to be so great! I bought it in brown and in black just in case I loved it, which I do! I tried it this morning for the first time and it is so smooth it was almost like a cream liquid! It's so easy to use and it works on the lid and the waterline. I've got my new go-to eyeliner! Thanks ELF! :)”
What do you think of the cream eyeliner?

I recently was given this eyeliner from a friend an absolutely love it! its has great pigmentation and is perfect for lining my upper and lower eyes. I even wore it out for a night on the town and it did not smudge or rub off of my face the entire night! A great buy especially for the price!

I have tried cream eyeliners before, but was never really a fan. However, when I saw it on ELF I figured why not?! I love it! It is so creamy and easy to put on, but even better.. it doesn't smudge at all! Other creams have often left creases in my eyelids after much wear. With ELF's product, I don't get the crease at all! I would highly recommend the eyeliner. And at such a great price, how could you pass up such an offer? ELF's great :)

Finally, a creamy eyeliner! Am looking forward to trying it. I have used the pressed powder and brush method but it's time consuming. Also most of the pencils are not soft and creamy especially around the delicate eye area.

I recently purchased the midnight cream liner and I must say I was extremely surprised. I didn't think something that cost so little could be so good. It applies very smooth and the color pay off is fantastic. I wore it when I went skiing this weekend and I sweated my butt off, but not my cream liner. I love it, I've also used it to make some beautiful smokey eye looks, they also work well as a dark base for powdered eyeshadow. Thanks E.L.F. for the amazing products, keep up the good work!

I use cream eyeliner every day and for years I paid over $20 a pop! I decided to give this product a try and WOW. I'm a convert. The consistency is smooth, it sets nicely and it doesn't smudge. As much as I love my old product, I don't think I'll be buying it anymore - especially if I can this, at the same quality, for tons cheaper!

I love this. I thought I wouldn't be able to put down the liquid eyeliner from elf, but since I got the cream one, I've been using nothing else. It doesn't have quite as good a staying power as the liquid ones do for me (more smudged and a few small creases whereas the liquid is still exactly the same), but it is much more forgiving in terms of application. love it <3

I haven't tried this product YET but I will now. Everything else I have purchased from them I love. One item that is an absolute is the nail polish remover pads. This product is like no other. It doesn't smell and it truly leaves them feeling silky. I can do one hand with one pad and I usually wear red's. I could go on and on about their products but I will stop here for now. Trust me, if you haven't tried E.L.F. then you are the one missing out.

I didn't think these would be all that great. However, after trying I am really excited. I cant really liquid liners cause I find them so difficult to control and difficult to fix if you mess up. You cant really smudge em and do a smoky eye. But with these cream liners its so easy to do a thin or thick line or smudge it for a sexy look. Just so versatile. I've even used it as an eyeshadow since I tend to go for the darker eyes usually.

I absolutely LOVE this product. I used to use the MAC liquid eyeliner, but it would smudge onto my lower lid. Now with the cream eyeliner from ELF I no longer have that problem! I also have a trick....after applying the cream eyeliner, I dust my lid with a translucent loose powder. This locks in the liner for an all-day look. Have fun with this awesome product ladies!

Is this only meant to be used as eyeliner, the kind that you apply on the lids or under the eye only, or can this be used like a kajal eye liner, inner edges of the eye?

I have this type of product that I paid A LOT more for from a famous brand that rhymes with "pac". This is just as good, even better! I use the studio "small angled brush" for application. I tap the brush into the gel, tap off excess on my hand and 'push' the color into the base of my eyelashes. I add more for drama and less for daytime. The brown color is perfect for that natural look. Thanks again e.l.f. for another great product that saves cash and makes me look my best!

I've tried so many cream liners in my day, and for a very long time I was stuck on Mac's fluidline in blacktrack. I couldn't find a liner that could, for the life of me, compare in terms of being long-lasting, super pigmented, and the perfect creamy quick-dry consistency that I needed to fulfill my tight morning make-up schedule. Recently, a friend ordered elf's studio Cream Liner, and I tried it and loved it. It is an incredible product (think quality!) and is much more reasonable than almost any other cream liner on the market! I love it! Needless to say, I'm dumping my old cream liners and utting in an order for elf's Cream Liner as I write :)

My friend was using this (along with many other E.L.F. products) and I was curious to try it. I never used E.L.F. products before I met her and I have just very recently bebought my first products. A few I like and a few I LOVE. I tried this new liner and it was so comparable to Mac's Blacktrack I was surprised! It wore all day and didn't budge! I'm so mad I have been spending soooooo much money on a more expensive liner! Not anymore! P.S. today I'm wearing the tinted moisturizer with the mineral booster on top. I normally wear Make-Up Forever Matte Duo and it seems heavy. But I looooove this combo from E.L.F.! Now I can save my expensive stuff for nights out.

As an older woman, it's so hard these days to find something creamy without a lot of glitter and shimmer. I don't need glittery, shiny bits highlighting my very wrinkled eyelids. Finally, a nice creamy texture that doesn't fall into all my wrinkles, accentuating every crevice. Just a nice, smooth, creamy texture that stays put! I ordered one of every color and I am not disappointed! ELF might really look into creating even More NON-Glimmery/Shimmery make-up for us Baby Boomers who don't want to draw attention to our wrinkles with a lot of flash. Thank you ELF for providing a good product at Terrific Prices....especially important in today's economy.

I don't really have a steady enough hand or the patience for this. I still prefer the old pencil eyeliner, especially the ones without wood that you just crank out. I might try the white though, as it seems like it would be more opaque than the white pencil sold by E.L.F.

i purchased the cream liner earlier this month and i have to say that i love it. it hasnt smudged on me and it goes on sooo smoothly. the only thing i didn't like about apply it was the studio liner brush that i bought along with it (even though this doesnt affect the liner quality at all). The handle is just sooo unnecessarily long and in the compact space that I have, i'm close to the mirror and have messed up plenty-a-time because the handle knocks against the mirror. other than the brush, i love the liner.
