Waxing Poetic

Tuesday, February 09, 2010

I am obsessing over waxingpoetic.net, their heirloom styled jewelry is so fabulously chic, I am just dying to purchase! I have always loved the classic letters with the candle wax crest closure; well Waxing Poetic has taken that style and developed it into a modern accessory brand! I am loving their Signify Miniature Crest Ring for only $38!! This is the perfect personalized gift for any stylish lady, and at only $38 the ring is sure to be a hit! What do you think, would you sport this ring??

I think this little ring is absolutely fabulous and unique...not sure about the $38 price though, I would maybe pay $10-15. Otherwise, super cute!

I would wear that, it's totally adorable. I love how old it looks, like it's been passed down from several generations, or something you'd find at a flea martket.

I don't think I'd wear this kind of ring, mainly because I like to lean on my hands and I think it'd leave a letter impression on my face lol :P Plus for $38, I feel like I'd at least want some sparkle there...

No, this is just not my style. I LOVE heirloom jewelery, but this looks really old (I looked on the website as well) and like something you would find at the bottom of a bin at a garage sale. Clean it up just a touch and give it some shine and I think it would be a bigger hit. JMO

Seeing as I am a pretty traditional girl, I would completely wear this ring. I also think it would be a nice gesture to receive this as a gift from a husband or "fiance" as a proposal. Plus, you really could put your seal on letters or memos; what is better than making something extra special by personalizing it.

I would. It mixes feminine with contemporary which gives it an almost classic appeal. And as you know if it is considered classic you will be able to wear it beyond the trend. With out being too loud you can wear it with most anything. So, good looking, reasonably priced, versatile and ageless. I think I am getting one!

I don't care for initial jewelry that much but this isn't that bad. I would probably wear it as a forefinger ring but not on a ring finger. But I guess it would be really handy if you were to seal your letters with candle wax. I wonder how the postal office would feel about it?
