Bebe just dropped a new clothing line co-designed by no other than Kim Kardashian. They have been amidst talk in the fashion industry because runway designers such as Fendi, are saying that the Kardashian line has knocked-off some of their looks from previous seasons. Kim has made a statement via her blog defending her decision by saying “the clothes you see in the chain stores at your mall are all inspired by designer, runway fashion!!!” Do you believe this is true?

It is true that mall clothes are usually styled to the newest trends on the runway, but if you're ripping off trends to put on a runway line that it only shows your lack of originality and style. I hope the Kardashians find a better job than ripping off the good work of famous designers.

I agree with Kim , most runway stuff is either so far left that it is unwearable for the normal person or so similar to what all the designers have that you can't tell who it belongs to. Also , you have to remember that most runway stuff is a recycle of something from 20 years prior anyway. My mothe has always said to just keep your clothes b/c in 2 short decades it will be back in style. I must say that is true. Skinny acid washed jeans ,anyone?

I agree with Kim. Lets face it, everything that is seen on the runway has been seen somewhere before, maybe it was back in the 20's or even the hippie 60's or 70's. If Fendi can find anything that is knocked off from something else, I'd like to see it.

Ok ladies Kim is only helping the everyday women in today's world so what is the problem she's a good designer and role model for teens and adults. Everyone that puts her down is envious of her career so instead of us knocking her lets be more like her and go after are dreams and be happy with are life & be happy for those who have accomplished there dreams.
