Weight Loss Question

Wednesday, May 05, 2010

Q:  The question I get all the time.“I'm trying to lose weight, tried several diets and not having any luck. What would you recommend?”

A:  In my opinion, there's only one true way to lose weight. Eat fewer calories per day than your body uses. Everyone burns calories just by being alive, it's called a basal rate. Once you find this rate out, you can plan the amount of food and exercises needed to burn more calories than you consume. (Shape Magazine's website has great tools and a community to help you find this out). Now, if you have a lot of weight to lose (more than 25lbs) you're likely to see loose skin and sagging where it was once needed. With proper nutrition, your body has the chance of reducing this occurrence to some extent - the more weight you have to lose, the less your body can do to return to a desired state - and I would obviously recommend my firming crystallines as a take along with your work out to add to water.

I've always thought that dieting was a bad idea. It constantly makes you question your size, you always have to watch what you eat, and you rarely feel good about yourself. I think it is better to work out and eat healthy. To be physically fit will boast your confidence because you'll look great!

I have always known that dieting is a bad idea for me. At first when I try to diet I usually criticize every possible flaw on my body. And then I break, and eat a cookie or two.... Or five. I will never try dieting again! :)

people like SCOTT-VINCENT BORBA are really inspiration leaders. going to school, and studying business and law and coming out as a model and the founder of e.l.f. makeup is just out of this world, and his idea of creating a line of makeup that is amazingly cheap but also as great as the department store brands is out of this world. i love e.l.f. products and i'm surely going to be coming back for more.

I must say that it is the number of calories that you do take in, but also the combination of what foods you put together that help to speed up metabolism. A great way to have your metabolism to speed up is by having your workout schedule for morning hours. It boost energy and prepares you for the day. Also, fish oil is said to help reduce fat intake. Look at the Asian's, they are all skinny and gorgeous; they eat a lot of fish. So really, I would say, look at how your body functions and see how your body reacts to different foods and such.

I don't think all of those TV commercial diet system works. I think the only way to lose weight is to watch what you eat. I think its crazy how all these teenagers are freaking out about their weight, when in reality, they have nothing to worry about.
