Have you ever had an embarrassing public moment?  Well, even celebrities have them!  On June 23rd Lady GaGa ate it at Heathrow Airport.  I don’t know how she was even able to walk with her skyscraper high platforms, I would have fallen like a hundred times.  I guess beauty is pain?  What do you think, are you for comfort or making a fashion statement?

Definitely COMFORT!!! I could never handle shoes, clothes, anything that feels unnatural and uncomfortable. It is impossible to NOT be constantly conscious of wearing these things and be able to focus on anything else. I will stick to my Birks, Easy Spirit, Aerosoles, under 2" heels, thank you very much. :)

I would say comfort definitely, even though it is fun sometimes to make a fashion statement. Lady Gaga is all for the fashion though. Most of her clothes look dreadfully uncomfortable!

I am totally all about making a fashion statement and looking your best in what you love, but I don't necessarily believe your comfort has to suffer just to look great. I'm all about looking my best and feeling my best, and in order to do that I NEED to be comfortable; both in what I am wearing and in my own skin. I think comfort is just as important as the latest craze in fashion!

That is a tough one... comfort is well... comfortable but a pair of knockout stilettos can be SO worth the pain! Don't underestimate the power of a sky high platform pump :)

Yeah, I think we've all had our moment. I am all about the fashion statement and all, but think with common sense when it comes to traveling! I am the girl with the back up shoes when I wear ones with some height, you just never know...

I WOULD PICK COMFORT ALL THE WAY I RATHER HAVE A GOOD TIME THEN WORRY ABOUT HEELS ARE TOO HIGH DRESS IS TO TIGHT ETC AND I FEEL PRETTIER IN A TSHIRT AND JEANS :)

comfort for sure. I like to be fashionable, who doesn't? But some things some celebs try to wear or walk in lately just seem crazy. It keeps us talking about them though and that's probably their goal. lol.

Well, everyone has their moments! Lady Gaga probably just walked it off.. I love her! I remember when i used to trip in school all the time. That was just sad. Very funny to others though apparently.

I'm for both. You can be fashionable without sacrificing comfort. Look at ballet flats, super cute and comfortable. But, I always keep a pair of heels on hand.

Honestly, I am for a fashion statement. I absolutely love high heels but don't get me wrong, my flip flops are always in my bag if I can't stand the pain. Yes, I have fallen in my heels before which was a huge embarrassment but I got up like nothing happened and kept walking. lol my knee was sore for a while after that fall

It really depends for me. Sometimes I really just want to be lazy and be comfortable, but I also love making fashion statements, and I LOVE heels :) Especially because I'm kind of short, so it's nice being on eye-level with other people. I usually go for more comfortable-looking heels: less skinny straps and more ankle support.
