I love collecting beauty tips! My favorite from over the years is if you have an eye pencil that is too hard and pulls your lids, zap it for a few seconds with a warm hair dryer; this warms it up, making it smoother and easier to apply.

I love using waterproof liquid eyeliner as a mascara during the hot summer months. It gives my lashes a touch of definition and it doesn't sweat off.

A tip I've learned is to always set your pencil liner on your waterline with a powder eyeshadow. It'll help darken it more and make it last longer!

I always start with a moisturized face. :) A good moisturizer will be a good base for any make up.

One thing I'll always suggest is to ALWAYS wear a moisturizer with spf in it. No matter what.

I like to use olive oil as an eye makeup remover. It doesn't clog pores, so it's better than baby oil!

My favorite beauty tip is to blend blend blend everything! Blend more than you think necessary because once you get out into different lighting it looks different. Especially your face and around your neck!

Beauty Tip: Let your nails breathe! Don't keep your nails painted forever. Cut them really short and let them grow without any polish or nail strengthener. This will prevent your nails from yellowing.

Have dry or combination skin? Do you want a healthy, dewy look to your skin? If so using sponge applicators is the better choice! Using a brush to apply foundation will accentuate the dry skin on your face. When using a sponge applicator, dampen it a bit with water, then dab on your foundation. This will create a flawless airbrushed look, with out looking dry!

I love summer makeup tips! Tinted moisturizer instead of foundation is better for the summer to prevent the makeup from melting at midday!

My favorite beauty tip is to make your look natural. I will almost always go for a peachy nude lip and keep my blush and bronzer light for a more real natural look. For my eyes though, I never have trouble giving a little color... Or a lot. Also I never put make up on to "make my self pretty" I put it on to feel good about my self and to boost my confidence.

I think the best tip I can give that I just discovered is if you have a hard time keeping color on your eyes without it smushing all into one color, then try putting on your face makeup, THEN ELF HD powder, THEN ELF eyelid primer OR ELF studio eyeshadow primer. After that apply the powder eyeshadow. I have also used ELF cream eyeshadow as a primer/base. I have found that this helps my eye color stay long. FYI: for my face I use sunscreen plus ELF tinted moisturizer in SPICE. Beaucoup d'Amour Beauties!

Best beauty tip: Moisturize ALWAYS! It helps your skin and it makes it all even and soft before you apply makeup.

My favorite all time beauty tip for OILY skin (only) has to be using milk of magnesia as a primer when you don't have any, but again this works best for oily skin. You cleanse your face as usual then apply milk of magnesia to a cotton ball or cotton round and sparsely apply to your skin in a thin layer to face, then let dry and after that you can do you your makeup routine. The milk of magnesia works as a great primer for your face if it is oily and for me helps my makeup stay longer and looking fresh all day. try it out

I use this tip every summer, it's combining moisturizer with spf and some foundation to make a tinted moisturizer for a lighter, sheerer coverage that won't melt off.

This is a great beauty tip I have figured out over the years. To reduce redness and size in a pimple, put cold eye drops on toilet paper or something similar then press on the pimple!

I have two tips! :D One tip that I've learned from my mother is that when applying on eyeliner do not strech your eyes, or it will cause pre-mature wrinkles! Second tip is if you messed up your eyeliner, either you smudged it or you just dont like the way it looks, take a cotton swab (cutip) and zip it in makeup remover, moisturizer, OR water and erase, easy right? those are my two tips, use any of them as you wish! =D -Kristina

My favorite tip has always been the business card (or any small card/paper) behind the lashes tip! Just put a business card behind your lashes to protect your eyeshadow. You can get all the way from root to tip for fuller longer lashes no matter which mascara you use. Also, they are great at catching fall out!

Always curl your lashes before applying mascara, by doing so your lashes will have more definition and curl a lot easier than waiting until after you have applied your mascara.=D

For a broken or crushed eyeshadow, pour a few drops of rubbing alchohol onto it and press and smooth until it molds back together and let the eyeshadow sit for a few hours to dry and your eyeshadow will be back in shape and as good as new!
