I read that you could be frowning in your sleep and making it worse, so I got frownies and I use them at night. If you look at the ingredients, they just contain paper and the gummy stuff that you activate with water to make them stick but somehow, I think they do work. I don't think I saw results in 3 days. A few weeks ago I started using them and a wrinkle cream and the combination seems to be working.
