Yikes! The Studio Matte Eyeshadows work very well at helping prevent this texture from being noticeable. And, even though they are talc-based (talc-free matte shadows would be nice, hint, hint), I have actually been able to use them to set the eyeliner on my waterline without my eyes instantly turning red. I have most of the colors in the line, and would love to see some more cool-toned shades added.
