How Short is Too Short?

Eva Longoria recently hosted the MTV EMA awards and was seen on the red carpet wearing this dress? It makes me wonder, how short is too short? I realize Rihanna, Lady Gaga and pretty much every other pop singer wears nearly nothing “fashion statements” but should everyone? Grant it Longoria has the body to pull it off, but should some things be left to the imagination?

But But for the red carpet or any other time when you're trying to look classy, and not raunchy, then you should stick to no more than 5 to 6 inches above the knee depending on how long your legs are.
