How great would it be to sprinkle something on your food to help you lose weight!  Well, that’s exactly what Sensa Weight-Loss System claims to do.  The white powder Tastants is specially formulated to “help trigger the brain mechanism that signals when you are full” says its web site.  A one month starter kit is only $59. The “sodium-free, sugar-free, calorie-free, gluten free” powder is made of soy, milk, tricalcium phosphate, silica, maltodextrin, and natural and artificial flavors.  Is this too good to be true, what do you think?

I think that anything that should mess with your brain is a little risky, it kinda sounds like steriods except those mess with your head. And another thing, during like the 80's or so, they sold these triangles that you are supposed to hang over your bed, and it claimed that it improved your sleep and helped fight insomia. So they might be messing with your head.

Just a suggestion on a cheap and healthy alternative. Also, it is really important to not ignore when your body says you are full- no matter how delicious your meal is!

I've heard of this before. But I don't know, seems a bit risky especially if it messes with your brain. I think I'll just stick to my full cup of water before eating. Seems to always do the trick for me. Plus 60$ for something to sprinkle over your food is not cheap.

If it sounds to good to be true; it probably is. The only proven way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more. It's difficult but it can be done.

My boss actually swears by this product. It is helping her lose weight which is needed for her to maintain her diabetes. I see that it is helping her but still wonder if there isnt a better way to control weight then by using chemicals.

It seems to me like this sounds too good to be true. Even though it claims to be free of calories and sugar, I feel like there is inevitably going to be a catch. For example, there must be a chemical of some sort which is responsible for the feeling of satiation. This in itself is unnatural and might bring on negative consequences which we might not be aware of right away. The brain is a sensitive organism, I do not feel comfortable with the idea of it being artificially tweaked, especially when it comes to weight loss.

I think anything besides diet and exercise that claims to help you lose weight is risky. You never know if it is just a scam or it really does help. Also with this product it is effecting your brain so that would make me even less likely to buy it just because you don't know how it is going to effect you.

I heard and read a lot of good things about this diet and would love to try it. Most advertised diets do work but there is always some gimmick so I am a bit leary.Still I have tried many so why not one more? It isn't a bad price considering the costs of others.
