Anti-aging Trick

Wednesday, March 30, 2011

For aging skin, it's really important to get as much oxygen as possible to the epidermis to avoid further problems such as wrinkles and loss of elasticity in your skin. Therefore, avoid clothing made with polyesters and nylon because those materials don’t allow the skin underneath the fabric to breathe. I suggest wearing more breathable cotton fibers because the more oxygen your epidermis gets, the more it will allow the cells to stay healthier longer and that will ultimately give you a more youthful appearance. Plus, if you're putting an anti-aging moisturizer on your skin each day, the oxygen will continue to activate the formulations in the product so it will have a better penetration effect on the skin all day long.

For over a decade, Scott-Vincent Borba has been a renowned innovator in the beauty category and has worked on such esteemed brands such as Hard Candy Cosmetics, Johnson & Johnson®, P&G/Wella-Sebastian, Shiseido/Joico, and Dr. Murad.
Scott-Vincent helped found E.L.F. Cosmetics with the idea that quality color cosmetics shouldn’t be limited to high-end department stores. Aside from contributing to the monthly blogs, he oversees new product development and leads the brand with head-turning innovation.
Scott-Vincent has been a high-fashion model, TV personality and became a licensed aesthetician to further his credentials and experiences. He founded BORBA, and continues to use his creative thinking to push the envelopes of skin care as we know it.

If you want to prevent aging skin, you should definetly start when you are young. I am only 27 and already have an anti-aging routine. And if you have dry skin like mine, you should always use a serum under your moisturizer to really lock in as must moisture as possible. I also recently purchased a spray bottle and filled it with water, and I love to spray my face whenever I feel I am starting to dry out. It really works great to refresh my skin.

Model, "personality" and made-up science expert. Elf, how you you let someone do completely uninformed write a skin health article for you? Seriously, polyester does not age the skin. (in fact, since it tend to admit less solar radiation, it protects skin. Skin absorbs oxygen from the blood. Wear a plastic bag if you want, it's not going to make your skin older. It's irresponsible to post such completely silly "science."
