I am a huge animal lover and was thrilled to hear about EHRA-Elephant Human Relations Aid.  EHRA aims to find long-term sustainable solutions to the ever-growing problem of facilitating the peaceful co-habitation between the subsistence farmers, community members and the desert adapted elephants.  Want to get involved and help save elephants?  They offer a two-week program in Africa for about $970 where volunteers build protection walls and gather information for an elephant identification database.  To check out more visit desertelephant.org.

I would love to participate in something like this! I've gone on many mission trips with my church and have been looking for something similar to do. It's just definitely hard because it's costly. If you can save up though, I definitely think it would be sooo worth it.

I am a huge animal lover. This is one of the reasons I absolutely love e.l.f. The fact that they don't test their products on animals is something to smile about! I definitely have a deep connection with animals that are endangered! GREAT JOB EHRA! GREAT JOB E.L.F.!

I watched something about this just the other night. I am a huge animal lover & find it so inspiring when I read about people doing these amazing things. I've always been an "Oprah"...wanting to help anyone & everyone. I am a mother of 2 so this trip wouldn't be in the cards for me right now, but I hope you get a lot of help with this mission! P.S.
