Tan Towel

Friday, July 29, 2011

I am always struggling to get a healthy tan, I just never seem to get to a beach enough in the summer.  So when my friend (thanks Jenny) told me about Tan Towel I was immediately intrigued.  The claim is that you get a mess free, streak free tan by just rubbing yourself from head to toe with these Towels.  At just $24 for 10 that may not be a bad deal for a healthy looking glow. I’ve yet to get them but I’m super eager! Have you tried Tan Towels?

Huh. Maybe I'll try those. I am just worried about looking too tan and fake... I am super pasty white, so any tan I get is a miracle. :)

I haven't tried anything like that before, but it sounds like it would be better than self tanning lotion that makes you orange and streaky.

Hi there! At my mall, walking through the make up area you never really know which product belongs where if its not labeled clinique or laura mercier, haha. Well at Estee Lauder They let us sample these, and they DEFINITELY did work. I wiped it on the back of my hand, and after my hand dried it had a glow to it, kind of shimmery but not a gross doll shimmery, and a slight bronze to it. No streaks. I bought myself a pack thanks to that sample. I suggest it! XX Rock on beauties! <3 Anna

I haven't tried them but I have heard that they are good! I switched from tanning beds to sunless tanners last year for health reasons, so maybe I'll check these out.

I've never tried this kind of tanner before and I'm looking forward to trying it out! I've been using self tanning lotion for years and hate the streaks and patches of different color. Thanks for telling us about this product!

Well since a lot of people haven't really tried them, I'll tell you how I feel about them. They aren't as bad as I first thought they would be. When my friend first told me about them, all I thought was, "yeah okay, like these little wipes are going to give me a tan? how messy and streaky will this be? my hands will probably turn on orange and I'll look like a zebra!" But surprisingly, they aren't that terrible. Of course you have to apply it right cause otherwise, like with any other self-tanner, it will be streaky and uneven. Give 'em a shot, although the money is a little steep. Your best bet is to get some sun if you want a nice tan but these can suffice if you'd like a glow on your legs or whatnot.

I am always eager to look more tan and struggle with choosing to stay out of the sun. This seems like it might be a good choice

I love these! They give you a natural looking tan, and they don't streak at all! I would totally recommend these to anyone who use sunless tanning products. These towels work wonders for me, especially with my natural, gostly skin tone.

This is one thing I'm not even tempted to try - I like being pale. Makes me feel classy amongst all the orange clowns :) (in my country people have taken the tanning craze a bit too far).
