With the quickly approaching warm weather or the impending spring forward in time (March 11th, for those of you wondering!) I couldn't be MORE excited to welcome in the SPRING!
A Southerner at heart, New York winters are especially tough on me. I was just not built to withstand any temperature under 32 degrees! While I patiently wait for the official celebration, here are my March obsessions that keep me chugging through until!
1. Hunger Games
I'm currently reading the book and I was hooked by page 3! This thriller with political undertones and lots of action will definitely be all that anyone is talking about from now until the release!

3. Pinterest and my new apartment!
Obviously, I've been obsessed with pinterest for a WHILE now, but it hasn't been until recently that I signed a lease for a brand new apartment in the financial district! It's twice the size of my current apartment and with a roof deck and a gym, I've never been more excited to call somewhere home. With the help of Pinterest, I've pulled some AMAZING room-spiration to create the perfect new pad for me to call home and all my friends to visit! Here are the front running rooms:
This show LOOKS AMAZING! Filling my void of catty housewives that The OC left (RIP Marissa Cooper) plus there are more southern accents than a Most Eligible: Dallas marathon on Bravo! It premieres Sunday March, 8th! We will definitely be pulling some beauty inspiration from these ladies because like they say down in Texas, y'all, "the bigger the hair, the closer to God!"
5. Friendship
YES, Friendship is one of my March obsessions! It's actually a year-round obsession since I am the luckiest person on the planet and have the most amazing friends, but because my VERY BEST FRIEND is getting married on March 3rd, this obsession with friendship is in honor of her! CONGRATULATIONS CHRISSY! You deserve the world and more! I could not be more proud of you!

hunger games is definitely at the top of my list for march- my friends and I all love this series and we could talk about it for hours! Im actually planning a midnight premiere party with special themed movie treats for us! Pintrest is abso-fab I recently discovered it myself and have been able to get a lot of "room-spiration" as well!
