For those of you who may not know, almost all of the clothes, makeup, and hairstyles we wear today are inspired by the 50's, 60's, and 70's. My personal favorite fashion icon from the 60's has to be 'Twiggy'. While I don't necessarily agree with the new-ish trend of bone-thin models, Twiggy was best knows for her pixie haircut, big eyes, and long lashes. Heres a quick how-to on achieving Twiggy eyes.

1. Start by dipping a contour brush into a dark gray eyeshadow and create a half circle from the tear duct through the crease of your eye. Make sure NOT to wing out the shadow in order to achieve an authentic Twiggy look.

2. Line eyes with a black Cream Eyeliner and again, don't wing out the line. Aim down!

3. Coat both bottom and top lashes with Mascara and apply a pair of Natural False Lashes for a wide eyed effect.

4. Grab an Angled Eyeliner Brush and the same black cream eyeliner and draw on your bottom lashes.
