Here's how: Step 1: Using our Lip Lock Pencil, line around the natural lip line to prevent feathering or running of the lipstick. Step 2: Using our Studio Lip Liner & Blending Brush in 'Red', line lips for definition. Step 3: Fill in lips with our Essentials Lipstick in 'Fearless'.
