Step 1: Start by applying our Mineral Eyeshadow in 'Celebrity' to the eyelid for a brightening effect.

Step 2: Using our Triple Tip Waterproof Eyeliner Pen in 'Black',  carefully line the eyes. Wing out the line with a defined flick. To make each flick even on both sides, line up a brush from the outer edge of your eye with the end of your eyebrows and use that as a guide.
