I have this "friend" who will soon be working closely with someone who wears so much perfume that she is Googling "fashionable gas-mask gear" and stocking up on Ibuprofen for headaches. Seriously, do you want to be "that girl?" Of course you don't! Clues That You May Be Wearing Too Much Perfume: *People around you regularly have tears in their eyes. *You are never given perfume as a gift; you always buy it yourself *The girls at the perfume counter know you by name *When you are walking down the hallway at your workplace and come upon a co-worker, they give you a 10-foot berth or suddenly "forget something," turning around and rushing in the other direction. *When you travel in an airplane, everyone around you seems angry.** *When you enter a room, people start coughing or leave suddenly. *No one (except creepy guys in bars, trying to get laid) ever says, "I love your perfume. What is it?" *You re-apply perfume during the work day. (If you smell that bad, see your doctor!) *You are still wearing Opium perfume. [Seriously, any amount of Opium is too much. Blecccch! And it was created in 1977-That should be hint enough.] If you aren't sure, ask an honest friend (who doesn't wear perfume.) I love searching for spring perfumes. They are all so fresh, fun and flirty! Three spotted great spring fragrances are Armani Code Sheer for Women, Salvatore Ferragamo Incanto Heaven, and Vera Wang Bouquet. They are beautiful fruity, floral scents that aren’t overwhelmingly sweet. What are your must have signature spring scents?
