The Banana Facial - by Sandy GoldTHURSDAY, JULY 30, 2009 We all know that Banana’s are full of vitamins and minerals – but, did you know that they also contain rich, natural oils, that are great for hydrating the skin!
Ladies, let me introduce you to the Banana Facial! An incredible recipe that you can do from home, using ingredients from your very own cupboard!
And, if you’ve never tried this before – it’s a must! It leaves your skin feeling fresh, hydrated and super soft!
Here’s how:
Banana Facial
You’ll Need:
1 Ripe Organic Banana
1 Tbsp. Organic Honey
2 Tsp. Organic Sugar
Directions:
1. Finely mash one ripe banana in a bowl. Mix in 1-tablespoon honey and 2 teaspoons sugar.
2. Apply on the face and neck in a circular motion. Leave on for 5 minutes, then, rinse off with cool water.
And voila! Fresh and hydrated in minutes!
**I also heard that if applied on the face it could help prevent early onset of wrinkles! Yiippeee!
