I bought this pencil thinking I could use it in my water line. Unfortunatly it does not work there. The only use I found for this pencil is to highlight under my eyebrows. It is really shimmery so if you don't like that then I would try something else.

I use this daily in my inner corners and as a highlight as well. It is AMAZING!!! It really brightens my eye. I don't know why people don't like this. I am not planning on using this on my waterline. This is also very smooth, compact and CHEAP!! The thing I don't like about it is that when I sharpen it the product gets stuck inside the cap and it's really hard to clean out. But overall it's a amazing product! Go get one!

I bought this for my inner corners, and it didn't show up on my eyes, all it did was put some sheer shimmer/sparkle on my eyes. It showed up on my hand though when I first swatched it... When I put it on my eye, the liner just squished? I don't know. It was sharp before and then after one stroke it was flat.

the phrase "you get what you pay for" usually isn't true with elf, which is fantastic, but in this case it is. i couldn't even get this to show up, and when i tried putting it on my water line, it stung and my eyes started watering very badly. when i tried using it on the inner corner of my eye after a lot of effort it just looked cake-y. keep your dollar.

Ok, I'm all about inner corner and brow bone brightening. I decided to try out this one as an alternative to the jumbo pencil I usually use by a company I'm not allowed to mention. This product is seriously garbage. It came in a package that was already open and the top is so flimsy it won't stay on and had already gotten white stuff on my other products. Because the top won't stay on, it's totally impractical for my makeup bag. I cut my finger on the poorly placed sharpener. Finally there is NO color payoff. Do NOT buy this product!

First off, I don't like leaving a bad review. But before I buy things I always check the reviews and I would like someone to warn me before I think about buying it.
That being said, this was not a good product for me. It does have shimmer in it so it looks kind of silver when applied. Also it wears off before I am even done doing the rest of my makeup. (I apply it to my water line) Although; when I applied it to the inner corners it stayed a little bit longer.
The only thing I liked was the sharpener for a lid... Too bad my boyfriend's dog ate it :(
