I was really suprised (in a good way)with this eyeliner! It's easy to apply and good for making thin defined lines. The only things I dont like is that it does start to fade after 3-4 hours, but what can you excpet from a $1 eyeliner.

I've been using these liquid liners for quite some time now. I used to use the Studio bent eyeliner brush to apply, as the hard tip just wasn't cutting it for me. But, how can you really complain when it's so affordable? I ran out of my beloved black and ordered a new one a few months back. I was delighted to find a super fine bristle brush instead of the hard tip. Now I don't even bother with the bent liner brush. I find it far better, actually. I can make the super finest lines with ease. Good job ELF!

It's a very good liquid eyeliner with brush. The brush has a nice stiffness and is pretty easy to use. The only issue I had was that the color isn't as dark and bold as some other liners--thinner formula I suppose.

Okay. I have both the black and "stardust" variations.
I have been wearing eyeliner for years and years, and I have had several different favorites over time but have eventually moved on from all of them for some reason or another.
HOWEVER.
My mom was out shopping for makeup for my younger sister but she is not as excited about this sort of thing, so ,of course, it was given to me! And I am beyond grateful. I think this will be in my makeup bag for the rest of forever.
Firstly, this is the only eyeliner I have ever had that will stay strong throughout the entire day. It remains dark/bold and the lines do not fade or blur/run no matter how long I've worn it. The sparkly version goes on clear and the sparkles do not fall off, but I've found that it takes a few tries to get enough on my eyes to get the right look.
Anyways! I have cried my eyes out in this eyeliner and it didn't even fade! Another thing I love about this eyeliner is that even if I accidentally get the product in my eye, it doesn't sting like some of the other brands I've had. I usually fall asleep with my makeup by accident and I've never had any eye irritation from doing so, and then the next day, it comes off so easily in the shower.
When applying it, it does not take much to get a truly bold line that I can make as thick or as thin as I want (the product lasts FOREVER!) and the applicator is great for creating wings because it has a very precise tip.
The one and only thing I caution about is the...applicator. But wait, I just said I loved it right? I do! But but but, the brush on the end is long and very thin, so the first time I used this eyeliner, I was not as careful as I should have been and it went everywhere. If you don't have a steady hand you can make a mess of your eyeliner or the rest of your makeup so you should really try and apply it gingerly until you get a feel for it.
Over all, you cannot beat it, especially for the price. As long as you practice with it you should have no problems.

The shade I am reviewing is "Stardust". I dislike the fact that the eyeliner has a sticky consistency when first applied.
Other than that, it's just how it appears in the description. In my opinion it looks best applied above the upper lash line. It's really sparkly - perfect for going out at night!
I have a suggested use for this eyeliner: put a small amount on your finger and pat on all over your eyeshadow for a super dazzling sparkly look!

I have the Black and Coffee.
I love how thin the applicator is. I can make really thin or thick lines.
The formula is super smooth and easily to remove if you make a mistake.
Usually the black only needs one coat, but there are times I like to add another coat to intensify it.
The Coffee is a great color, but it takes a few coats to get a consistent color.
I wear these a lot and haven't noticed that they smudge, but direct water might make it run.
(Wouldn't wear these on especially hot days as sweat might make it run).
They last through the day, but by the evening I notice they will start to flake off just a tad.
