I really like this product! I use it on my lower lash line and it is really smooth and creamy. It's nice if you're going someplace fun like the mall and want your eyes to pop :)

I love these shimmer eye pencils! I think they are a must have in any makeup collection!
I use these on my top and bottom lash lines and they work wonderfully. They give a bold pop of color that completes any look. I have them in Iconic Ivory, Boldly Bronzed, Twinkle Teal, Plum Passion, and Black Bandit. I plan on purchasing the rest of them as well.
I wouldn't recommend these for use on the waterline. They don't show up well and are not the smoothest eye pencils out there. I originally bought the white one- Iconic Ivory- for use on my waterline and I was disappointed when I tried to use it and it didn't show up at all. The other problem I have with these is that the shimmer does not show up as well as I had hoped.
It took me a little while to warm up to these pencils but once I did I fell in love! The one thing that I really do wish is that they would work on making them softer so they don't tug on your eyes, but other than that I am a happy customer!

I only got the white color so far, and it works great as an eye widener! Brings a great glow to the bottom of the eyes. The shimmer is very visible but not overstated, which I appreciate. It also lasts quite long. Very satisfied.

The color selection is the best reason to buy these in my opinion. But I don't think these are amazing other than that. But they are cheap so why not get one and try it!

I got this in the color iconic ivory, boldly bronzed, twinkle teal, black bandit, and plum passion. I LOVE IT! And the white looks very nice at the inner corner of my eye. Next time I order something from ELF I will be getting the Precious Pink and Grassy Green also!

I was looking to get this product to enhance my waterline and the corners of my eyes to make them appear bigger. This product didn't quite 'wow' me, and I prefer to just use an eyeshadow for this purpose.
I don't think the product is particularly bad, it just didn't meet the standard and needs I was going for. I probably won't but it again, but I do recommend it because it is quite pretty depending on how you use it, or you want something subtle and shimmery.
It's nice that is has the sharpener on there. The only problem with that is if the pencil slips or twists the right way by accident, it starts shaving up the pencil. So it's kind of counter-productive to have a sharpener also be a lid.

I wouldn't use this product again. The name of the product is Shimmer Eyeliner Pencil. When applying this product there is no shimmer. I bought the black bandit but was disappointed because I wanted more shimmer with my eyeliner. I wouldn't spend the money again but if you like creamy eyeliner this is the one.

its just a so so...got 3, ivory, bronze and plum...all beautiful but zero staying prower...has to be set with a good shadow as do most eye pencils. It was worth a buck as long as you know how to get what you want out of it.

It's alright, nothing special. Just a regular pencil; a bit on a harder side, i.e. not soft enough for the eyes (I have very sensitive skin, maybe that's why), colour is a bit off, and it is not shimmery. Other than that, it is just fine.

I bought ivory, pink, teal, gunmetal, and green. I love all of them. They're very shimmery. Ivory and pink are perfect for the inner corner of the eye. Next time I place an order I'm getting the other three colors (bronze, black, and plum).
