For the Shimmer Eyeliner, hold upper lid down gently and glide on the liner. Can be blended with a sponge tip. For the Waterproof Eyeliner Pen hold applicator at a slight angle and apply color to the base of the lashes. Use a light touch for thin lines or a firmer touch for thick lines.
