Don't buy this in ivory unless you are extremely pale.. I'm caucasian and tend to lean on the fair side, but the ivory powder made me look really white and washed out. However the color is very pigmented and I love how it feels on my skin, so I will be repurchasing this in a different color

I was hesitant at first to try this powder...I know, I know, it's only a buck! BUT, I am VERY picky about my skin and NEVER break out, have even skin tone, etc and did not want anything to interfere with that. I have tried "inexpensive" powders and products before from other brands and have always felt that my skin showed the results of that. That said, this powder broke that pattern for me and is wonderful! The smell isn't at all what I thought - it's very light, there's barely a scent at all, which is nice because I don't particularly care for scented skin products. The casing is of course not the best and the lid tends to pop out of the bracket, but really, for [$], I kind of anticipated that. The powder itself is very nice - goes on smooth, color is true and doesn't settle in creases or give me a "make up line". I am very very fair-skinned and orderd the rosy beige and am pleased because it gives me a little bit of a nice glow color and doesn't wash me out. It has moderate coverage without feeling too heavy or sheer on my skin..I feel like my skin can breathe! I ordered another one in my next order so that I can toss it in my makeup bag that I carry in my purse for touch ups! These are a great size, so you can take them anywhere - not big and bulky like some compacts!

When i first bought this product i was skeptical. But after the first couple days I was really impressed. Good for everyday use. This is my go to powder. Love it! Now i buy it in bulk:)

I have tried so many powders trying to find something that would offer good coverage without looking chalky on my skin. I have super oily skin (and I live in Miami), and I absolutely love this powder. It has such great pigmentation that it covers any breakouts or scars without looking like my face is covered in makeup. It looks flawless. I can't say that it would be the same for someone with dry skin, but this is my go-to powder. The only bad thing is the color selection isn't great. If you can find a color that matches your skin, I say try it. I like this better than my mac loose powder. I like to apply mine with a powder brush and if I need a little more coverage, I'll use the applicator that comes with it because it really packs on the color.

I wouldn't say that this will cure anyone's acne, but I have really acne prone skin, and it doesn't break me out at all.

I have been using this powder for 8years. it works great with my name brand foundation. I am a women of color and it matches well. I just tried the studio foundation and everyone ask if im wearing MAC!Im going to switch to ELF!

I thought I liked this powder but I don't. I will give a few more tries before I really knock it. What I don't like is it transfers and my oil shines through. I will use it again but right now it doesn't compare to the tinted moisturizer and the sheer booster.

I decided to get this powder only because it was really cheap and I was able to buy a lot of different colors. I would recommend apricot begie for every white girl unless your really fair then stick only with the Ivory. Honey I use under my check bones to add definition and ivory under my eye and on my nose to hide bags and sun freckles. Then with blending brush apply apricot beige allover to even it out. Then spray with Elf setting makeup mist because it dose look cakey and settles around your nose, then just blend with small brush and it looks great. If you want a deal this works as good as any powder foundation and it also help with breakouts so win win!!!

I have super oily and sensitive skin, i have tried to use other powders before and have ALWAYS gotten more acne. I have been using this for 4-6 weeks and LOVE IT!! It has controlled my acne and my shine. LOVE IT!!
