Comments about elf Cosmetics Nourishing Cuticle Pen:
My only complaint is the pusher sometimes backs up into the receptacle and I have to pull it out with tweezers. Dispenses just the right amount of fast absorbing oil making this pen a handy and quick remedy to cuticles beginning to dry out after a manicure. I work in the medical industry now but am expected to maintain a corporate appearance; since I wash my hands frequently with antibacterial soap-this pen is great for twice daily weekday touch-ups to keep my hands looking decent between manicures.
Comments about elf Cosmetics Nourishing Cuticle Pen:
I literally just got this product in the mail today and it's dried up. At first I thought it was one of those things that you have to push up for it to dispense product, but when I did that it just jammed up and I had to pull the thing back out with tweezers. This is the first elf product that I've been seriously disappointed with. But honestly it's a dollar, so I guess fool me once shame on me.

Comments about elf Cosmetics Nourishing Cuticle Pen:
I use this to soften my cuticals before I push them back. It does make them a lot less dry, but these results arn't long lasting. It is quick and easy to use though, and for the price it is a great buy.

Comments about elf Cosmetics Nourishing Cuticle Pen:
What I love about the Nourishing Cuticle Pen is that it has a cuticle pusher applicator which makes it super-easy to use. It feels like a "dry" oil and it absorbs quickly so I don't get residue all over everything I touch. The only thing I don't like is that it has a very mild "chemical" smell ~ but it's only noticeable if you hold your fingers up to your nose immediately after using it.

Very good product for the price. I keep it in my makeup bag for touch-ups. I'll put it on my cuticles, let set in and then put lotion on after to lock in the moisture.

Comments about elf Cosmetics Nourishing Cuticle Pen:
I am obsessed with nail art, nails, changing my color everyday, etc. This is a dang good steal for the price! I buy everything from cheap CG polish to OPI and Julep treatments, and this is one of my favorite cuticle oils. I put it on after every mani, and don't even need to rub it in. It makes my cuticles bounce back even after using acetone! Get this!

Comments about elf Cosmetics Nourishing Cuticle Pen:
I got this in my $20 mystery bag (which was packed with some great swag, btw). I gotta say, I really wasn't expecting much and even after I put it on, I figured, "Eh, whatever, it was free". Maaaan, 10 minutes later, my cuticles were noticeably softer and smoother! I even have a cut on one of my cuticles with the skin peeling back and although it was a bit painful to apply (this thing is kinda hard like a brand new marker), it definitely softened it up to where I could safely trim the torn bit without pain or further tearing. I'm planning to keep using this stuff, with special attention to the torn part because, if this stuff continues to work as well as it has, I'll be buying more! I put it on last night and have already washed my hands at least 5x with my cuticles being softer and less "white" than they were. An added bonus is that although this has almond oil in it, it has no scent.
