This firm Flat Eyeliner Brush creates precision lines for instant definition. The straight blunt cut provides full-color intensity for smooth and even consistency. Use with powder, liquid or cream products for a flawless lined eye.
Place the tip of the brush in the eyeliner, and test the color intensity on the back of your hand and then dot color across the lash line.

Rated 4 out of 5 by PurpleTurtle from Works better for brow filling I can't give this brush a bad review because I think I misunderstood what exactly it's supposed to be used for. I purchased it under the impression that it was to apply cream eyeliner. The small black brush that came with my e.l.f. cream eyeshadow created a line that was much too thick. However, as far as cream eyeliners go, this brush is not a good choice for applying them. The line is even thicker than what that smaller brush made and the line isn't smooth either.Apparently this is supposed to be used to apply eyeshadow or eyeliner in the creases between the eyelids and eyelashes? No idea. However, I did find that it pairs nicely with the brow filler/lifter pencil e.l.f. offers. I find the brow pencil much too bulky to use on its own, but this brush is just the right size to smudge and blend brow filler evenly down the length of the eyebrows. So, while I don't think I used this brush for its intended purpose, I'm glad I was able to find a use for it nonetheless. So, while I personally found that this brush didn't serve the purpose I bought it for, I can't ding it with a bad review because it's a good product otherwise. It seems to be ineffective for eyeliner application, but it's still practical as a makeup brush in general. For cream eyeliner application, I think I'm going to give the small precision brush a go sometime. Also, I have not seen any shedding with this brush or any of the Studio brushes from e.l.f.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Basic Britt from I own two and use them EVERY DAY I love my little flat eyeliner brushes and use them daily. I use one for it's intended use, eyeliner. I use it on my lid, to tightline, and along my bottom lash line. It has soft, semi-yielding bristles which make it very multi-functional. Accuracy is made easy with this. I use my other one for my nose contour. It is again very accurate and I can create straight, non-blotchy/streaky lines with this guy easily. They never shed. Loveee it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PrettyKaliGirl from I love this brush I use it with the cream eyeliner and to apply eye shadow to the corner of my eyes I love it! I will be purchasing another one so I don't have to use the same one for both! I wish elf still had the crystal brushes that were purple, pink or turquoise I have the purple one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Makeup obsessed from Perfect I am absolutely in love with this brush for putting eyeshadow on the lower lash line. It's not too soft or too stiff, it packs the product on beautifully. I have not used it for eyeliner though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Xyrapha from Good Brush So I actually found this brush at my local dollar tree. I was very happy about that because it saved me 2 dollars and I love elf brushes. So this brush was not very dense, (it could be because of where I purchased it) and it has very flimsy bristles. That is not a bad thing though, it works great for applying my eyebrow gel and powder and it works great for lining my water line and bottom lashes. I would not recommend this for the cream liner. It will not work very well.If you are looking for a brush to use with cream eyeliner I'd recommend the small angled brush, that one is AMAZING for cream eyeliner.?
