The bristles of the brush are very soft and I have not had any shedding from this brush. It still functions for applying foundation, however, I just wish this brush was denser. I think I'll be replacing this with the small studio stipple brush.

I was SO excited for this brush because I absolutely adore the kabuki face brush and the studio powder brush. I opened it as soon as I got it & was surprised that it wasn't dense. The powder brush is super dense & I love that. I was hoping the stipple brush would be dense too, but definitely not. It also shed when I used it a few times.
I'd much rather buy the powder brush again over the stipple brush.

I use the brush to blend out the streaks in my foundation & it works amaingly wheni first got it it shed but not tooo bad !! it stopped sheding after like 2 washes . i think its good qaulity for the price!

I bought this brush back in February. I LOVE LOVE LOVE all of the other studio brushes, but I HATED this one. All the other brushes were so gorgeous and great quality, but this one was very cheap and the bristles were very cheap, flimsy, and plasticy and didn't even apply the product to my face. I have never had a problem with any of the Studio brushes besides this one. Maybe elf just made a bad set for these ones? But I hated this brush. Some of the other reviews say great brush, but all the reviews around the time that I recieved this brush say it was terrible, so maybe elf just made a bad batch. But I love all the other brush, but not this one.
