These eyeshadows are a pretty good buy. They have a good selection of colors and are a good size. The pigmentation on these is average at best, but you can definitely build the color up. The biggest problem I have with these is that they are SO powdery. Whenever you dip your brush in the pan, even with a light hand, powder spills everywhere! I've heard that that doesn't happen as much if you use a sponge tip applicator but I really do not like using those and have not tried that technique. Overall, I do not find myself reaching for them often because of the mess that they create, but they are nice if you don't mind some cleanup.

These eyeshadows have great pigmention and are smooth with a cream like feel. I found two dupes pink ice and wheet which are identical to booty call and half baked from the nakend 2 palette. I love the fact that it has a magnet and a sticker with the eyeshadow name on the back great idea.

I think this product is a lot of fun. I just wish there were more options. All of the colors are very shimmery and I would love some matt choices, or just more color choices over all. They are also really, really powdery, so fallout can be a problem. But I still really like the compact, and like to bring this with me when I travel. My favorites are sage, driftwood, and ivory.

I recently got this custom eyes compact and I love the colors. The only problem I have with it is that you can only apply it with the sponge- tip applicator because if you use a brush it becomes very powdery and there is A LOT of fallout.

these shadows are more shimmery than sparkly(yay!). have this in quite a few colors but mocha is my all time favorite. it's a soft shimmery(not sparkly)bronze/copper color. wears very well over elf eye primer. some fallout with application, not a big deal to me. these shadows are fabulous! (must be used with eye primer or they fade and crease rather quickly!)

I love these! What a great idea. One of my biggest issues with other small on the go palettes is that you end up with one or two colors you really like and the rest you hate. Not a problem anymore! I have most of the colors now save 4 or 5 and I have to disagree with what people are saying about them being powdery and having inadequate magnets. I find them to be a great texture and as a woman who throws her bags around and isn't gentle I have had no problems with the pans falling out of the compact.

Pros: the variety of colors to choose from is great! It fits in the custom palette just like the description said (and stays in the palette despite other comments that the magnet did not work)
Cons: the colors were not the same as what was shown on elf. I was disappointed with aubergine, truly pink and taupe- the first was not as bright as the picture showed, the 2nd barely showed up on my eyelid and taupe was shimmery! I thougth taupe was supposed to be a deep subtle color but instead I got this shimmery grayish brown.
I don't have a problem with the colors I got, they work fine for everyday but I just wish I got the colors I wanted from the description online.

Great little compact; well-designed, good quality. However, being a "lady of a certain age" I was disappointed that there are not pan options in matte shadows (shimmers are a no-no at my age). Grandmamas like to look pretty on the go, too.
