For the Eyelid Primer, apply a thin coat to the eyelid and blend in. Allow formula to dry before applying eyeshadow. For the Lengthening & Defining Mascara apply to eyelashes from root to tip, working in a zig-zag motion to fully coat the lashes. Reapply if desired.
