I use the product to line my top lashes, like normal. I love eyeliner, I want all the eyeliners I can get my fingers on. This one was.. Satisfactory.
Its not for waterlining, as you do gotta be a little hard on it for it to work (I have this neato idea where I heat it up between my hands a little. Makes it a little less pigmented, but makes it easier to use), and can cause eye irritation.
The sharpener... Gosh. I love that thing.

Above all it was alright.

I got this a few years ago and from what I remember the eyeliner is just whatever and not that great, however, the sharpener is the best. I forget sometimes, but I've been using this same sharpener for about 3 years and it is the greatest one I've ever used.

I loved that this came with its own sharpener. I swatched it on my & it was pretty pigmented. When it came down to applying it to my eyes, it had to go over it a few times before it came out to the nice plum color I wanted.

The next time I used it, I ran the tip through a lighter for less than a second to help it be more malleable & opaque. When I tried to apply it, nothing showed up. That was weird so I tried again on the other eye. Still, nothing. Just for the benefit of the doubt, I tried one more time & the color popped right off the pencil. I gave up on it & I've yet to try it again

I mainly use the coffee and black either for my brows or for my eye liner. But this product does smudge but to provent that I use a powder to set the liner in. But this is a very versatile product from brows,eye liner to eye shadow. So to eyeone that say it fades which it does; just set with a powder and you'll have all day/night wear!

If you're on a budget and don't have oily eyelids, this eyeliner is perfect for you. In all honesty, I don't really like to use this eyeliner if I know I'll be out for more than 5 hours. I have very oily eyelids so maybe it's not the eyeliner's complete fault that it fades especially around under my eyes and making me look like a raccoon. I'd also have to reapply more when it fades, usually ever hour. Even when I put eyeshadow on before applying this eyeliner, it still fades but again, I do have very oily eyelids. Nowadays I put this on before applying liquid eyeliner over it, and that's the only time this eyeliner doesn't fade. At least this eyeliner is very easy to use so it's up to you if you want to use this eyeliner or not.

This eyeliner in black is my everyday eyeliner. It's very creamy and easy to apply. I usually apply it to the outer half of my lower eyelid and waterline. It does fade to a dark grey after a few hours, but most eyeliners tend to fade on me and this one outlasts most of them. Really great for a smokey eye look since it blends beautifully. This is also a con, since it does smudge pretty easily. It is completely worth the price.

I love how it was easy to apply, didn't have trouble, but it smudge in 4 hours, an eyeliner that smudges is a useless eyeliner.

I always use pencil eyeliners for my waterline. I gave this a try in the color black. It was just an ok eyeliner. Not bad, not good. The color is ok, and the application is smooth, but if you do use this by morning, it will smudge and fade by mid-day.

It's a good eye liner if you are in a hurry or to add a little pop in your eyes... But they fade in 8 hours... I use the coffee color and it's nice for people who uses minimal make up.

I love this thing, it is awesome, it glides on effortlessly. I applied it on the morning and it stayed on all day, I also have an oily face. I haven't tried it on my waterline but I don't want to since you need the best of luck to find one that won't fade, considering your waterline is always wet, hence the name WATERline.
