Rated 5 out of 5 by from great colors I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love it! It makes my eye color pop! It's very smooth and easy to apply... Love it so much I ordered the other set for green eyes last night.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not bad at all! I bought the one for blue eyes and was truly surprised to see how well the colors blended together. I actually made a really nice brown smoky eye with this.My favorite part (and the reason why I bought it) was the packaging. It's about the size of my 5th gen ipod touch, so I take it with me in my travel makeup bag. One of the best parts is how the entire thing is shaped like a Nars palette. I even compared the texture of it to that of my Hanamachi palette and they are almost identical.I love that about elf-- when it dupes, it dupes pretty well.Fallout is a minor issue, but it is an issue nonetheless. That's the con I can recall.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good quality for a subtle eye look I just tried this palette in Brown Eyes 1 and I have to say it's very good quality for a subtle eye look. As others have said, it's a mix of matte and shimmer shades. The shimmer colors are very smooth and quite creamy for the price. The matte shades are a bit more powdery but nothing that tapping the excess off your brush can't fix. As to the lightest shade not showing up, I use it as an understated highlight color on my brow bone. This palette does exactly what it says it does, enhance eyes, bringing the focus to your eyes, not your eyeshadow design. It's ?great that ELF has at least some eyeshadows that aren't overtly shimmery or glittery. ?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A lovely palette. I ordered this palette in Brown Eyes 1. I love how it has a mixture of matte and shimmery eye shadows. There are so many different combinations to do with all of these colors; it is very versatile. The only thing is, the lightest shade in the middle hardly shows up on my eye. Other than that, it's a nice palette and I love using it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for those who don't want a ton of shimmer I agree that these go underrated. I am glad elf is diverse enough to cater to different crowds or age groups. I like a mild shimmer but many things have been of a high shimmer as of late (on the market, must be a trend), and that can looking aging if you are older. I love these for an "everyday" look - They are definitely on the matte side and as for quality? eh - I've had better matte shades but for the price they offer a nice selection of colors - Use a primer and they will last through the day. I don't go by the title of "for brown or blue eyes" etc. I have brown eyes and 2 of the ones I have are for blue eyes and they look very good on me. Just get what you like. I will say that I prefer the mineral line shadows..those are more matte and seem to be of higher quality but these are good..I will say they are a tad on the chalky side hence not getting 5 stars

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Eh. I have the green/hazel #2 and it is just ok. The shimmery shades are more matte than anything else. Pigmentation is poor, even on top of a primer. I wonder if I got a bad set, as the other reviews say the pigment is good. I suppose if you like a light look, these are good.?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow - these simply go overlooked... I recently purchased these pallets (all 6 of them because I used the 50% off Studio discount) and they are wonderful. There is a great mix of satin/shimmery colours and matt as well. I haven't done a complete look with one pallet yet, but believe the mix of a couple will give you great results. The size of each pallet is nice too - I could easity see taking one or two of these on vacation and being completely satisfied. As for the pigmentation, I have no issues with any of the colours I have used so far (although, I always use a primer) and feel there is a good mix. Overall, great bang for your buck!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this! I got the palette for brown eyes, and love the colors. I use the first 3 the most... the light on the lid, the rosy brown to contour, and the brown in the crease and V. I love the Navy as an eyeliner.
