Start with a clean, dry area and using a Concealer Brush or Sponge, apply the Maximum Coverage Concealer in a patting motion over a tattoo, birth mark or any other area you wish to cover. Make sure to blend and fade out the edges for a natural look. Let the Concealer dry completely between application layers. Reapply as necessary to achieve desired coverage. With a sponge, apply a powder over the area to set in the concealer. For extended wear, finish with the e.l.f. Makeup Mist & Set.

I liked it okay. It is a perfect match to my skin, which is a plus. I am very fair-skinned, and it is difficult to get one that matches as well. However, my skin is also very oily. This can cause irritation if used every day for someone like. Also it wears away after a while.
But I do like it.

I have very oily skin. This product covers up great! But for me it doesn't take long for the shine to start coming on, which makes it look like I'm wearing loads of makeup. I have switched concealer, foundation and powder to another brand because of this issue. This is made for those with no oily skin

I apply this product with the elf powder brush (the same one I use for my liquid foundation.) The concealer is super pigmented, and blends well. I have a mac pro longwear concealer, and seriously, they look and feel exactly the same. My only problem is that it isn't quite true to the swatch color. i got nude, as it's summer and I'm darker than I usually am, and I was disappointed when it came in the mail and was just a tad too dark. I LOVE this product, however, and am definitely going to keep buying it.

I am very pale, I wear W1 porcelain in L'Oreal true match foundation and I can wear the color Vanilla in Revlon Nearly Naked foundation. I really like the quality of this product. The texture is very thick and creamy which makes for a good concealer. However, the color is too dark for me and I can only use it in very small amounts. The yellow color is great for covering rosacea/redness. Maybe in the summer it won't look so harsh if I mix it with a moisturizer or something. I would say those that fall in the fair to light category (not ivory or porcelain) could pull this off just fine.

I think this is an amazing product for the price, however(!) I ordered a beige and it's wayyyyy too yellow on my skin and as a result, when the product is applied, it makes the imperfections stand out even more. I will sadly not be using it because of the color, but other than that its really easy to apply and stays on all day.

I wanted a daily use full coverage cover up like it says. It DOES NOT BY ANY MEANS cover tattoos or birth marks. TRUST ME! It is very light weight and should not be a full coverage. It does not even cover slight blemishes. HOWEVER if you have clear skin to begin with its great for just making your skin look better blended and clearer but does not fix/correct anything. And it doesn't last long..I had to mix with other cover up

I have Porcelain, Sand and Nude. Nude is the right tone but way too dark for me right now so I'm saving it for summer. I can wear both Porcelain and Sand with some blending. I find these work best for me as foundation, not a concealer. It works nicely for dark circles, but not so great for upraised blemishes. I don't know how well it will cover tattoos. It's small and if I put tape on the side of the cap, I can take it with me without the cap unscrewing and product leakage. I would buy this again!
