If you're considering giving a friend or family member a E.L.F gift card make sure you purchase the 25$ card. The 5$ and 10$ gift cards are pretty useless considering you can only use elf gift cards online, and the lowest shipping rate is 6.95$. I received a 10$ gift card as a gift from e.l.f with my purchase of 25$. But with shipping It really was only a 3$ gift card. I personally think It would be a really nice Idea for e.l.f to provide free standard shipping with all gift cards.
