I really like Lip Lock!
I wear bright bold lip colors pretty much all the time, and found that if they "travel," *everybody* knows it!
Since I'm approaching that dreaded half-century mark, I'm beginning to notice some very fine lines in my lip area, and if lip color is going to migrate, that's where it goes. If I line my lips with Lip Lock prior to applying lipstick, colored pencil, and gloss, I get that "clean," sharply-defined look that I love, and it stays that way for hours.
If you like to wear bold lip color, you NEED Lip Lock.
I don't ever plan to be without it again.

This is an absolute MUST-HAVE for anyone's beauty arsenal. I have paid at least 6x as much for other lip primers and clear lip liners, and I always thought I couldn't use this. But I have fallen in love with yet another ELF product! It is far less dry than my other high-end products, and even moisturizes a bit. The application is smooth and leaves a soft focus, plush finish to the lips. It is totally clear, so it won't wash out any lip color you put over it. It also makes regular lip lining a breeze, and locks in my liquid lip colors. My lipstick then applies evenly, and the color is much more true and stays on longer. This really perfects the look of my lip color, and so I now keep one in my "everyday tray", purse and travel bag!

This primer is a one stop shop. I used to use exfoliator or chapstick every morning to keep my lipsticks/gloss in place but to my surprise this primer DOES NOT MAKE LIPS DRY so don't bother using chapstick underneath it. It keeps lipstick and gloss on with out the waxy after math on the inner lip I get when using certain lipsticks.

I am obsessed with this!!!! I love to fool around with colors whether its a nude, BRIGHT pink, deep purple, or RED.
this thing will keep it in place for hours!!!! And it looks like I just applied it!
It didn't dry out my lips like a lip liner that may match your lipstick and the best part of all....
I went out to eat and had some pretty messy foods, when we left my darn lipstick was still in place!!! INCREDIBLE!

This stuff works. I tried it out today and YES! no feathering, longer lasting lipstick, and it stayed put. I didn't feel the need to reapply this.
It doesn't have a bad smell (no smell at all) and it glides on smoothly.
When I run out I will be getting more of this stuff.

I use this along with the lip Primer and Plumper. I apply the plumper first, followed by the primer, followed by this. I love it. It really does work. But I think it works WAY better when used in conjuncture with the Plumper and Primer.
