Definitely a "miss" for ELF. While the plumper tastes great (cinnamon), in no way does it plump. The primer side does nothing, either.

I love this. I use it anytime I wear lipstick. It makes the color last a long time. I only apply a tiny bit of the primer because it does have a bit of colr to it. But I love it.

I initially purchased this product for the primer element to get more wear out of my lipstick. However, it did not seem to make my color last any longer than usual. As for the plumper portion, I did not notice any drastic changes in the appearance of my lips, but it smells and tastes great! The tingling is a bit intense, but it isn't painful to wear. Overall, I think the product needs to be improved for its intended purpose.

The primer is drying and I don't feel works effectively as a base for lip color. The plumper side has a cinnamon taste/smell, which is ok, but it burns! And I don't have delicate lips. I usually like a little sting from the other plumping products I've used but this beyond stinging it is literally painful and uncomfortable.

I just got this hoping it would make my lip stick last longer and plump. The plumper works great. It really does work, though wears off quickly. It tingles and tastes like cinnamon. I love the plumper. The primer really doesn't do anything for me, though.

My lips are already fairly full I just wondered what it would look like with full on fish lips.
Didn't work though. All it did was make my lips tingle for like 20 seconds and made it a tinyyy bit more flushed looking in color.
It did make me crave some big red though.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I was stunned by how cinnamony the plumper was at first but now I really see a difference after about 30 seconds, much more color to my lips and I can feel the blood flow pulsing in them. I wish they'd seperate these two and reformulate the plumper to be longer lasting and more moisturizing cause it's really awsome! I would wear it alone. (make sure you can tolerate cinnamon without negative reactions) Now, the primer should be applied sparingly after you blot the plumper which you have to leave on for a minute to work. Apply the primer, blend to lip lines and blot, then apply a regular lipstick with a lip brush and blot. I did not have the greatest success applying my lipstick on top of the primer regularly. For those of you complaining that these little lipsticks break, just don't roll up all the way and apply gingerly.

This product did nothing. The primer dried out my lips and did not do any pigment I put over it justice. It caused me lipstick to look patchy and crease, and made my lips all flakey within a few hours. The plumper smelled nice, but did not plump my lips even the slightest. It also broke the second time I tried to apply it.
