This product is okay. When I first used it, I didn't notice my skin was getting really dry and was starting to peel (gross) but I have bad dry skin and this dried it out even more around my mouth. I wouldn't recommend for this acne scars or redness.

Its very sheer by itself. I use this to put over my fpundation to "set" it. It works well for that purpose. :)

I was scared because I usually buy a brand name mineral makeup but it is so pricey, I decided to try this because I had just ran out. My skin tone is light but more olive than pink, and golden honey fits me really well! I dislike how small the packaging is, but if you compare the price of .28 oz of this (buying about three of these at .1 oz each) compared to the name brand, you're only paying a quarter as much as you would to have a full sized .28 oz of the name brand. Very very good value! Also, it feels silkier than the other brand name product, which is a huge plus.

I've been a bare minerals girl for about 2.5 years. I was getting annoyed at how my face would be white when taking pictures. I decided to try ELF because, whet the heck, it's cheap, right? Well...I could not be happier! No more white face and it looks so much more natural than the bare minerals. I am so thrilled that I tried it. I don't think I'll go back to bare minerals except for the warmth from bare minerals. I do like that one better than the elf bronze.

I purchased the foundation in the shade Warm. I have sensitive, combination-to-oily, acne-prone skin. Also, I happen to live in a climate that's almost hot and humid all year round. Which is why, it is very important that I use makeup that will still give me coverage, but that won't irritate or breakout my skin. And, it must not feel like I am wearing a thick mask either (which a lot of liquid and cream foundations often do).

I have a medium skintone that can go from being pink to sometimes peachy in undertone (based upon the seasons). I do own foundations from BM, but I wanted to see how this foundation would work for me nonetheless.

The Warm shade that I bought is of a light, neutral-beige color with a peachy undertone. The coverage that it offers is of light-to-medium (buildable)coverage. It doesn't irritate my skin in any way. To set it, I simply apply the Mineral Booster in Sheer to do so. And, that seems to set the mineral foundation very well.

I honestly feel that this foundation is of the same quality as my BM foundation. The only difference is that with this foundation there are added vitamins. Also, the quantity that you receive is on the smaller side as well. However, I am very glad that I did decide to give this foundation a try. And, I will continue to re-purchase more in the future as well.

The best foundation I have ever tried! I tried a mineral foundation years ago and hated it on my dry skin. ELF's mineral foundation is perfect. My skin is so soft and it looks like porcelain. I'm 40 yrs old and most foundations settle in my fine lines making them look worse. This foundation doesn't!

I used to use Bare Minerals, but I would always cringe at the counter when having to pay $35.00 a pop. I am a full coverage girl on most days, but I like foundations that are buildable so on lazy days I can tone it down a bit. For those reasons I am a big fan of mineral foundations.
I decided to try the elf mineral foundation and I simply adore it!I can pack it on for that flawless look and it doesn't break down and look gross after a long day at work (Bare Minerals would). I just wish they had a bigger size option, because I go through about one a month. Other than that it is a great buy, and would recommend it to just about anyone.
P.S. This foundation moonlights as a liquid if you mix it with your moisturizer or primer. ;D

Really good :) I love it! I run 1st period at school and then go to school all day and it stays on perfectly through all of that without even using a primer.

I used to use Bare Minerals, since my skin is prone to breakouts, and very sensitive. A work friend mentioned that ELF does foundation/powder, so I decided to give it a shot, since I liked the eyeshadow I had bought previously. I'm now a total elfette! This stuff is amazing! The coverage is perfect, and it matches my skin exactly. I have a lot of trouble with finding makeup that matches my skin, so this made my day. My only real complaint is that the container it comes in is SOOO SMALL. Make it bigger! I'd be willing to pay more if they would just make a larger container.
