Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought these Pressed mineral powders in Almond,Dark, and Deep and the color are not as shown. I thought that ELF had finally brought make up for dark skinned women of color but I guess not, truelly disappointed. The powders do not look anything like the picture shows way too light for my complexion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love it! I bought this in Tan,thinking that it would be a good summer color. But not so much. It's pretty much my normal skin color and I am by no means considered "Tan". Because this is one of your "pricier" items the color issue is an issue. We need more accurate swatches, color names, and color descriptionsThat issue aside, this is a great powder foundation. It has great coverage without cakiness. I have EXTREMELY oily skin and it stays in lace very well!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not worth the money I regret buying this product. I just recently got it in the color warm and I am so disappointed. Its EXTREMELY cakey! I was hoping it would be similar to BareMinerals pressed foundation buts it is not even close. It made my skin feel stiff and dry. Also, I have pretty dry skin right now and it held onto my dry patches. I am sure it would be better for someone with oily skin. One thing I did like was the color! I am really tan right now so I got it in Warm. Usually e.l.f face colors are orange but this was really close to my skin tone (I wear R270 Golden Medium in BareMinerals foundation). It was a little light but I was impressed with that part.?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from may not be for WOC I bought this with high hopes considering elf put out a deep shade. But the deep shade isnt so deep. i still tried it on and it blended out ok. coloring for women of color is disappointing like always.?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Color Guidance? God I love ELF, but I sooooo wish the company would give more shade guidance on these. I know it's only six bucks, but for those of us on a really, really tight budget, it's not feasible to order and then toss it if it's not a good skin tone match. I get the medium beige in the powder foundation- which is actually a light/medium shade that works for my cool undertones - and would just like to make sure I can make a good match on this before I purchase. (Took a few orders to figure that out, too!) It would be so great if they had recommendations. If they did, I'd buy one for every purse and go-bag! I will wait for the verdict via checking comments, I guess!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bought wrong shade but it's ok I bought almond but it's too lite. Will try dark. Now if only elf will make the pressed mineral powder like custom like the loose one where they have it so you can create your custom shade. ?If they can do that, then that would be perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for people with dry skin, not so good for me So, unfortunately for me, e.l.f. started using mineral oil in their mineral foundations. This is great if you have dry skin! However is your skin leans towards normal/oily, this could potentially cause breakouts. E.l.f.'s products are great, and this one still covers very well, and has a silky feel. But an oily skinned girl like me just can't use it.
