Shake the Mineral Eyeshadow back and forth to get the excess powder loose into the tray. Gently glide the powder onto eyelids with the Eyeshadow Brush. Use the lightest shade as your base color and the darker shade to contour. For a more dramatic look, dampen the brush with water and apply powder.
